This elegant long table has a softly bevelled edge for beauty and comfort and is perfect for entertaining. The top and legs are made from two contrasting pieces of Elm and are offset further by the pale Ash frame. There are no edge rails beneath the table (only two central rails) in order that chairs with arms can fit neatly underneath it. Treated with a hard wax polyx oil for durability, it has a natural matt finish and will be easy to maintain.

Leadtime and delivery
Our pieces are hand crafted for you to the same high quality as our bespoke pieces and the lead time will vary for each product but will generally take between 2-8 weeks. If you require a product sooner than the lead time given please let us know and we will endeavour to facilitate this.
Please contact us to arrange your delivery. As we are a small company we will quote for delivery on an individual basis. For larger pieces we will deliver and assemble for free within a 30 mile radius of our workshop. Once we book your order into the workshop we will let you know and give you an estimated delivery date. We will keep you updated with progress once the work begins and confirm a delivery date with you.

It is easy to look after and care for your hardwood furniture and our products are designed to be used and remain looking great for many years. Underfloor heating, direct sunlight, stoves and radiators cannot be avoided in today’s homes so it is important to understand that solid wood can be sensitive to changes in humidity and temperature and can, on occasion, ‘move’ slightly over time. Please follow the simple maintenance instructions that we provide for your product to minimise any natural movement and do call if you have any questions – we will be happy to advise you.
Most of our furniture is finished in Osmo Hard Wax Polyx Oil which nourishes the timber and enhances a simple, natural aesthetic. The furniture is therefore easy to clean using just a damp cloth and water. For furniture that has heavy use eg a table we advise you to re-oil yearly, this is simple and can be done at home – details will be provided at the time of purchase. The paints and any varnish we use are very durable and require only cleaning with a damp cloth.
Should your furniture become scratched or dented over time it can be sanded and re-oiled. Please just give us a call for advice – this can most often be done simply by yourself at home and we will be happy to provide instruction.
Payments & Returns
We take payment by BACS transfer or cheque and will begin the process of making your piece of furniture once we have received payment. We will also let you know once payment has been received for your peace of mind.
After sales service
Our furniture is built to last and we do not envisage you experiencing any problems with your product. It is important to note that as we are using natural, solid timbers there may be slight movement as furniture settles into a new environment, particularly in damp or very dry conditions. We would also advise that you try not to place your furniture too close to radiators, wood burners and other strong heat sources. Details of our polishing service are given at time of purchase and we encourage you to contact us should you have any concerns.
We hope that you will be very happy with your product but if the piece is delivered damaged or faulty you need to let us know at delivery and we will do our best to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
Should you be unhappy with your purchase for other reasons, please let us know within fourteen days of delivery and we will guarantee a refund as long as the item is returned in ‘as new’ condition within 14 days from notification. The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility.
Pieces made to a ‘bespoke option’ cannot be refunded, unless there is a fault with the product.
