You may view and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions below.

Variation and Summary
All payments for Shop items must be made by debit or credit card using the secure third-party system at the end of the shop checkout process. HOUT does not receive or hold on to any payment details entered by the customer. Commissioned work will be invoiced.
HOUT are pleased to guarantee all of our manufacturing and finishing techniques. i.e. all glued joints, all screw fixings, assembled components. Our furniture is built to last and we do not envisage you experiencing any problems with your product. Customers should however, be aware that there is a natural variation of colour and grain in all timbers and there may be slight variations in our handmade Shop products due to the uniqueness of the timber used.
Our pieces are hand crafted for you to the same high quality as our bespoke pieces and the lead time will vary for each product but will generally take between 2-8 weeks. If you require a product sooner than the lead time given please let us know and we will endeavour to facilitate this.
Delivery is currently available in the UK, please contact us to arrange your delivery if you wish to place an order from outside the UK. As we are a small company we will quote for delivery on an individual basis. Please call us on 00 44 (0)1524 781215 to discuss this further or leave a message on the ‘order/enquire’ page. Once we book your order into the workshop we will let you know and give you an estimated delivery date. We will keep you updated with progress once the work begins and confirm a delivery date with you.
We hope that you will be very happy with your product but if the piece is delivered damaged or faulty you need to let us know at delivery and we will do our best to rectify the problem as soon as possible. If products are returned to us in the condition in which they were sent then we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item, excluding any delivery fees. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and the items you wish to return before posting them.
Should you be unhappy with your purchase for other reasons, please let us know within fourteen days of delivery and we will guarantee a refund as long as the item is returned in ‘as new’ condition within 14 days from notification. The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility.
Pieces made to a ‘bespoke option’ cannot be refunded, unless there is a fault with the product.
HOUT cannot take responsibility for the return postage cost of items or any loss or breakages that occur during the return process. We therefore recommend that returns are made using the original packaging with a tracked, insured and signed for service.
